Tyler David is a singer-songwriter hailing from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania whose musical talent journey began at the tender age of 11 where he picked up his first bass guitar and soon after added the drums to his repertoire. About five years later, Tyler, along with his brother and step-sister formed the band Blended Reality. The sibling trio showcased their talents, securing gigs at multiple notable events, including performing in the VIP tent for Star Lake Pavillion alongside artists like Florida Georgia Line and Ketih Urban, as well as opening for Maddie & Tae at Tequila Cowboy in Columbus, Ohio. However, when the world came to a standstill in 2020, Tyler reassessed his path while working full time. Determined to grow as an individual artist, he auditioned for the Percussion Department at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee where he was successfully admitted. Living in Nashville, proved transformative for Tyler as it pushed him to new heights in his musical pursuits. He began singing his original songs at campus events, performed percussion concerts, and collaborated with fellow artists helping his artistry flourish. When he returned to the Pittsburgh area, Tyler started to develop his own set list, booking gigs through private parties, wineries, and bars. Today, Tyler David stands at the threshold of his artistic journey, fueled by a passion for both singing and songwriting. His influences range from John Mayer to Lizzy McAlpine and Ruston Kelly. With a diverse 3-hour set list encompassing country, pop, classic rock, jazz, alternative, and his own original music, Tyler is excited to share his gift that God has bestowed upon him.
